Time After Time

I have had 'Le Festin' stuck in my head all week. That song gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I love french music . . . even though I haven't got a clue what their saying. I can swirl and swirl in ignorant bliss! LalalalaLA! It is all together a lovely careless feeling . . . and just a little disturbing as well.

Waiting for my 365 photos to load . . . waiting . . . waiting . . . *whistles* I am entertaining myself by watching snippets of Julie & Julia in the background. Have I mentioned I like this movie? I do! I do! Clara and I were discussing it earlier this afternoon and I then wanted desperately to re-watch it. It has such a perfect mixture of everything, you know? The relationships are grand. Stanley Tucci, is seriously the best. The food is gorgeous, as is the decor. The music? Hummable & Timeless. The blog themed storyline . . . I both love and hate. Either way it's an inspiring movie.

Now that I have rambled my share for the evening . . . I present ze photos! I apologize for such harsh lighting in this group . . . my oh my.

Hope hung out with us today while Miss Evelyn was at work. No worries, this isn't half what it looks like . . . Hope is a Puggle, you see. Thus the teeth.

Reminiscing & 365

I miss chewing. Chewing holds new 'happy points' in my book now. I giggle, remembering that the receptionist said I could " . . . eat cheese toast! Right after - no problem!". Right. Almost a week later . . . I am still on a sherbet & soup diet. Que sera, sera! The whole recovery thing has been much slower than I had hoped. But the actual event wasn't so bad! My Mr. Dentist rocks! He does! He does! And so does rainbow sherbet. *happy sigh*

Studying for a CLEP test . . . Humanities. Oo la! I'm finding this to be an amazingly fun subject to study. I could spend a whole day simply studying the music side of this and completely forget that there is going to be poetry on the test as well. Then poetry get's all happy fun and I totally forget there is more happiness to study in Art and Architecture. . . . and . . . and . .

We've been on a huge Masterpeice Theater kick the past few weeks . . . I love Cranford. Can't wait until Sunday to dive into the new Emma! w00t! Who's joining me?? Although no one can replace Jeremy Northam as wonderful Mr. Knightly . . . no one.{ January 10 }
Yummy warm bread and jam . . . Oo la!

My happy bunnsies! Abby~Gail's feet crack me up! She's such a little ballerina!

First week of 2010! 365 style.

Yay! I'm so excited to be doing Project 365 again. It's a fun, fun challenge that encourages one to take pictures they normally wouldn't take. Yeah, yeah . . and I know I'll get a little non-excited about it mid Julyish. But right now, it's just fun.

In case any of you are interested - I'm hosting my 365 pics over at Shutterfly this year. Oo la! Feeling nice and organized!

What better way to start out 365 . . than with a picture of my mutual 365er friend and her fella?

Happy Events & New Year!

As of last Friday at 2 clock . . . my most beloved friend, Clara was married. It was lovely, lovely, in every way! Oh my goodness! It was a fantastic blend of the fact that . . . well, Clara is awesomely creative. And the fact that dear Clara was marrying the man she loves. It was blissful.

To attend this blissful event ~ Sarie & I experienced flying for the first time. I likie.Wasn't half, half as terrifying as I had imagined. Oh no. Quite nice. Although the flight home was hands down more amusing than the flight there. Wearing my bridesmaids dress home made for some interesting looks (although not as many as I had hoped for. . . hehe). The plane was overbooked, so Sara and I almost had to wait a day. There was an interesting game of musical chairs on the plane . . . and then the stewardess tried to matchmake us up with the Air Force guys in the back. Did I mention it was amusing? Twas. Twas.

Obviously we made it home safe, sound and Air Force - Guyless. ;) Missing our dear peeps from freezing Nebraska! And with hopes of seeing them again (hopefully not such a long wait this time *crosses fingers*) in a more quality time friendly event. :) But most of all . . . excited beyond words for the happy couple!! So excited and honored to get to witness their lives together.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
